We focus on the basics of yoga and experience a new balance between body and mind. In addition to the classical asanas, the focus is on conscious breathing and pranayama (the conscious control of breath). The regenerative asanas and the Shavasana (deep relaxation) at the end round off your yoga practice.

Practicing mindfulness, without expectation, without ambition, just being in the moment. Ideal for beginners and to find more peace and serenity.
