Depending on the theme, the lessons are flowing and dynamic, calm and relaxing, playful and colorful. We offer courses in German, with translation also in English.

The asanas (exercises) are specially selected for pregnant women. In particular, they strengthen the back, support the pregnancy and prepare for natural childbirth or even for the planned cesarean section.

After pregnancy and birth, many things have changed. Postnatal yoga supports the regeneration and strengthening of the body. Targeted pelvic floor training is important for the strength and also the suppleness of your center.
