Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of yoga in which the various asanas flow smoothly into one another and the movements are guided with the breath.

Vinyasa Flow is invigorating, promotes flexibility and balance, and the mind comes to rest. Each lesson starts with pranayama (breathing technique) and ends with a short meditation.

You feel inspired and completely centered afterwards.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is comparable to Hatha Yoga Flow.
