Here the elements of Hatha Yoga are combined with the flowing movements of Vinyasa Yoga. Playfully you flow from one asana to the other, keeping the focus and being completely in your center. Hatha Flow promotes strength and flexibility, inner balance and your body awareness. The regenerative asanas and the Shavasana (deep relaxation) at the end round off your yoga practice.
