Yoga is a practice dating back thousands of years that views the body, breath and deeper consciousness as a single entity seeking harmony and balance. The focus of yoga practice is the effective combination of these three levels.
This course is specifically designed for people who prefer a gentle and calm type of yoga – whether they are recovering from illness or exhaustion, going through an intense phase in their lives, returning to exercise and yoga after a long break, or simply looking for a little break from their busy everyday lives!
The course is open to everyone – no prior knowledge is required.
Yoga mats and other accessories are available on site. Or you bring your own yogamat.
