Yoga Therapy

We live in a time characterized by change and flexibility.strong.
In these hectic times, the body communicates with us, which can show itself in painful ways. We often ignore these signals with the thought ‘it will pass’.

Yoga therapy is aimed at people who suffer from physical or psychological limitations. Yoga therapy can also be indicated to bring energy and joy back into life, activates the self-healing powers to harmonize pain of various causes and offers approaches to psychological issues such as stress, sleep disorders or fatigue.

The focus is always on people and their individual needs. It is important to realize that yoga therapy motivates the patient to take personal responsibility so that they are consciously involved in their own healing process.

Each therapy begins with an initial session in which conversation is the focus. Focused on the complaints, the own resources and the goals, we develop together a first exercise practice (physical exercises, breathing exercises, meditation, etc.) for home.

The second session is about 7 to 10 days afterwards. We adapt the exercise program according to the experiences and changes made. The intervals of the further therapy sessions are agreed upon together and can also become longer as the therapy progresses. We usually meet for 5 – 8 therapy sessions, but this can be customized.
