"In harmony with the body "

Yoga is an ancient practice which views the body, breath and deeper consciousness as a unity striving for harmony. The focus of yoga practice is the effective combination of these three levels.

Current research shows that yoga is an effective way of overcoming exhaustion and regaining energy. It gently combines movement and relaxation, promotes body awareness and teaches you to use your breath in a targeted way to consciously control situations. Our well-being and self-healing powers are strengthened, while stress and inner tensions give way to a stable serenity. At the same time, we promote trust in our own body and refine our conscious perception.

This course is aimed specifically at people who, due to physical limitations, can only participate in a “normal” yoga course to a limited extent – be it during or after cancer therapy, after an accident, during a phase of exhaustion or after a longer break from sport or yoga.

Take a break from everyday life!

The course is open to everyone – no previous knowledge is required.

Yoga mats and other accessories are available on site. Or you bring your own yogamat.
