GENERAL
- By registering for the course, participants agree to pay the course costs. Payment of course fees is due no later than 7 days after the start of the course. Non-attendance of classes does not release course participants from the obligation to pay.
- The duration of the subscription is limited to 12 course weeks. There is a separate arrangement for yoga in pregnancy, yoga in regression and for the monthly/annual subscriptions.
- Reservierte Lektionen (Gruppenkurse) können bis 2 Stunden (bitte beachte die Information bei der Buchung deiner Lektion) vor Beginn der gebuchten Lektion kostenlos storniert werden. Afterwards the lesson will be charged.
- In case of absence of more than 4 weeks, it is possible to interrupt the subscription accordingly. In case of absence due to illness or accident, the subscription can be interrupted with proof of a doctor’s certificate.
- No course fees will be refunded.
- Private lessons must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. In case of a later cancellation, the lesson will be charged.
- Please note that registrations for booked workshops or courses which can only be booked as a whole (e.g. Yoga for Beginners course) are binding and the course fees are owed even in case of unexcused non-attendance.
Course fees will only be refunded in case of illness or accident and upon presentation of a medical certificate. - The lessons are designed for healthy people. Illnesses, injuries and pregnancy must be reported to the course instructor prior to the start of the course.
- Yogaretreats (yoga vacations or yoga weekends)
Conclusion for registration.
A registration by e-mail is binding and the GTCs come into force. You will receive a confirmation of registration from YogaFlowZug (by e-mail), including the course fee. Non-payment of the course fee is not considered a cancellation.
All further information about the course will be sent by e-mail approximately 2 weeks before the event. - Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail) and can be received by 31 days PRIORthe start of the retreat without any costs occuring.
The full course fee is due from 30 days before the start of the event. - Please note the different cancellation policies of the hotels and retreat centres.
- We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance in good time. Participation is at your own risk.
CLASSES
- Schedules are subject to change at any time. If they are unacceptable to participants, the remaining lessons in the subscription will be refunded.
- The courses are recognized by most health insurance companies through supplementary insurance. These insurers cover part of the course costs as part of preventive health care. Upon request, a course certificate can be issued at the end of a course.
- Insurance is the responsibility of the course participants.
- YogaFlowZug is affiliated with a professional liability insurance.
